Sarah Grams holds 20 years of education experience, specializing in teacher coaching and instructional leadership with a commitment to providing educational access in underserved communities. She is a former middle school teacher, PreK-12 teacher coach and high school administrator, with education roots in Baltimore, Milwaukee and Los Angeles public schools. Sarah’s previous role at CCF was overseeing the development of new innovative and growing programs that educate students’ hearts and minds, from afterschool programs to PreK-8 curricula and teacher training. She serves on the board of Partnerships to Uplift Communities (PUC) Schools. Sarah received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her M.A. in Education from Johns Hopkins University.
